Chapter 1. Lost.
Location: Hiro's lair.
I find myself unable to speak. What went wrong? Everything went according to plan. But then..then..he arrived.This wasn't meant to happen. It was foretold by master. This should have gone according to plan. For this,he shall pay. He shall pay with his blood,his pride and his life. For this,he shall pay.
Hiro struggled to think clearly. It was all going wrong for him. The legacy had been broken.
One month earlier
Location: The lord's office.
Bond was still shocked. This was not usual news for him. Protecting the scroll. was in his blood,but today,it felt threatened. The announcement had shaken him. The words were still ringing in his head. He couldn't believe that Hiro had contacted him. It seemed like a complete twist of events.
"Be prepared,bond. You have protected the legacy long enough. You knew this will happen. It was foretold. So all i can say is,be prepared.
Why would he inform him? He had never been open.. He had always been a sneak. He had tried to ruin the precious soul and heart of the city too many times.
I can't allow this anymore. I am not going to be a coward anymore. Father put his trust in me. He put the scroll and the city in my hands. This has gone too far. Too many enemies,too many obstacles. I have to be a man. I have to do something about this. It's time.
One hour later.
Location: Varun's cave.
This is getting interesting. He's bringing in too many complications. He can just leave the boy alone. But no,he has to torture him mentally. HAHAHAHA,this is perfect. Nothing can go wrong now. The boy is completely frightened. This is the best time to attack. You watch out,hiro. You've made a very big mistake. You've left him prepared for you. But you've left him completely prepared for someone else. Hehehehe,this is getting interesting.
And so the hunt began.
